Emily Procter

 American actress Emily Mallory Procter was born on the 8th of October in 1968. She played Ainsley Hayes's character on The West Wing, a NBC political drama (2000-2002 (2006)) as well as Det. Calleigh Duquesne in a CBS police procedural show called CSI: Miami (2002–2012).



 



 Childhood and early life



 Procter was born on the night of October 8 1988. William Procter, an obstetrician had adopted her as an infant and Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker. She was raised in Raleigh. She was three years old when her parents divorced. Whit her older brother, has also been adopted.



 



 Procter graduated from Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. While attending East Carolina University, she became a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and was employed as a TV weather anchor on WNCT TV in Greenville, North Carolina, later graduating with degrees in dancing and journalism.
